The Psychology Practice is a service for school-age children who are experiencing a range of low level emotional and behavioural difficulties.
The Psychology Practice was founded by Dr. Rebecca Quin, Senior Clinical Psychologist in 2021. It aims to provide psychological assessment and intervention to school aged children who present with low level emotional and behavioural difficulties such as low mood, anxiety, anger and aggression, for example. Parent workshops and group-based interventions are also provided.
At the Psychology Practice we work with children who are experiencing a wide range of low-level behavioural issues and emotional difficulties. We do this mostly through parent consultations with a clinical psychologist. Individualised psychological therapies can be provided to your child if this is deemed necessary. We also carry out cognitive assessments with children and younger people.
